What you’ll do: In this role you’ll develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support our mission of delivering personalized financial guidance and benefits decision support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels to promote SAVVI Financials’ products and services. This could include paid search, webinars, thought leadership and other means of promotion.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content, including blog posts, white papers, social media updates, and promotional materials, that resonate with our target audience.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to highlight our unique differentiators.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with business objectives.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity across all marketing initiatives and our various products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing within employee benefits or HR tech
- Deep knowledge of the employee benefits landscape
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and content management systems.
- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
